one year wishlist + giveaway

one year wishlist
my baby is going to be a year old in just over a month and true to form, i’ve already started planning; the party, the gifts, and of course – the cake.  thanks to pinterest it’s really coming along.  nevermind that i haven’t actually done more than craft a wishlist for my little guy.  haha.  yes, i know it’s not about the gifts, i just can’t help myself.  it’s so much fun!
you can click the image or contact me for all the deets on his wishlist but here’s the run down: the toys are from amazon or target, zappos has the baby toms and gap’s got the duds.  as for the softie …
i’ve been on the hunt since carson was born for the perfect stuffed animal lovey.  one that would grow with him.  after months and months of searching i’ve finally found the one!  after scouring the internet i finally connected with softiesandsuch during a fundraising event for another blogger and instantly fell in love.  i mean who could pass up a custom stuffed animal that’s cute to boot with a perfectly coordinated outfit?!  i knew i couldn’t, so i reached out.
the softies are created in the midwest, the kc area to be exact, by a lady with one of the biggest hearts – lindsay!  she’s ubber talented and sweet as pie!  nearly every purchase from her etsy shop is custom (not just these softie babes) and the quality is top notch. find her on insta @softiesandsuch and online here.  every.single.softie has all the heart eyes!  so cute.
this gift is from mama and dada and i’m considering it an (extra) early birthday present.
is this little raccoon softie not the cutest?!  i can’t wait for carson to grow so that we can name it.
